[Bf-cycles] Cycles repository updated and tagged

Hi,

Just a quick related update.

Notices that Cycles repository was not tagged to correspond to 2.78b and
2.78c Blender release. This is now fixed and tags v1.8.2 and v1.8.3 are now
created.
