[Bf-cycles] CUDA error on Azure NC6 VM with Tesla K80

Hi,

it's fine to compile Cycles Standalone on your workstation. Just enable
the cubin kernel compile inside of CMake and copy them over to the Azure
VM alongside the cycles.exe. Then you don't have to worry about copying
the kernels from Blender.
