[Bf-cycles] which libs to use for Cycles Standalone

Hi,

for the most recent Cycles standalone build, which libs are requested.
(versions).
I got libs from March build, but you may have newer requests.
also which IDE is preferred? (VS 2013 or VS2015 for windows? and OSX
version? (elcaptain? minimum supported version?))
