[Bf-cycles] Defining an official cycles file format

Just FYI I am happy if more developers used and deved CCSycled, my C API
and C# API for Cycles ( https://github.com/jesterKing/CCSycles ).
This week I am still on vacation, but feel free to investigate, fork and
improve. Any questions are fine too, of course, I just might not be quick
in responding before next week when I return from vacation.
