[Bf-cycles] Branched PT + Correlated Multi-Jitter & MIS on Background increase rendertimes tremendously!

After more testing, the massive slowdown occurs on GPU render only...

Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9550 @ 2.83GHz × 4
Graphics: Nvidia GeForce GTX 550 Ti
Blender: blender-2.73-7708012-linux-glibc211-x86_64
