[Bf-cycles] Cycles Crash on Windows

Hi,
After recent changes (I think the threading optimization commit caused it),
I get a crash with this file: http://temp.dingto.org/Audi_R8.blend

Windows 7 x64, current SVN (46383).

- Open the file
- change 3D View to rendered. Crash.

It's the dynamic BVH. Static BVH works, also Dynamic / Static + Spatial 
Splits works.
