Sorry it is a bit late, my motherboard broke.
Anyway, here is the script, hopefully it will be useful, if you have a
bit of bash scripting knowledge, it should be simple, but what it
does, is it gets the temperature via /sys, and if it is above 95
degrees celsius ( edit the '-gt 9500' to change), it suspends the most
intensive process for 2 minutes (edit the 'sleep 2m' to change), and
logs it via the kernel.
