[Bf-cycles] Recent builds crashing - Cycles CUDA rendering

Hey Thomas,

Thank you, that explains everything, sounds amazing!  If the new Kepler 
cards with their proposed shared virtual memory space weren't due in a 
few months, I would definitely now be considering buying an extra GPU.

Exciting times ahead!
