[Bf-cycles] State of 13 sept ( OSX )

Hi

The latest svn shows following behavior ( cycles.blend testscene used ):

CPU:
- with cpu only the hdri is shown in 3dview, the robot appears for a millisecond and never again gets drawn
- rendering gives a correct result.

GPU:
- 3dview shows black with a "wipe" going from top to bottom, looks kike a driver crash.
- rendering fails same way.

Conclusion: the new caching of device kernel fails here, dunno atm if write or read.
Suggestion: try use the native openCL here ( save/load binary )
