Here another minor update, fixed annoying bug that require you to set
manually environment volume shader every time, now works even with empty
slot. I was blind, Brecht provide all data in shader flag.

Inspired by blenderartist tread with beautiful rose render, I try to use
volume shader for SSS on very thin flower mesh grabbed from blenderswap,
got nice result after tweaking epsilon magic thresholds. After all, that
unbiased multiple scattering can be useful :)

I see color bands on rose petals, maybe lost of precision on very thin
volumes? They are too smooth, i doubt it polygon related.

BTW, for flower render i notice that increasing min/max ray number to 12
+ really help to eliminate random noise faster. Russian roulette too
aggressive?
