[Bf-compositor] [enh] sliders steps

While editing nodes values I see there are some sliders with a incremental
step of 0.001 while many others are of 0.1
Even using the shift key the step size remain to high to make nice
refinement especially when adgusting colors.
I'd really love to see the incremental step reduced to an usable level,
since I think if I have to put a value far away I don't mind to set it by
hand while slight changes are better managed moving around just a bit the
mouse!
