[Bf-compositor] a proposal for this list

Hi All,
I and Monique will be here as dev's. But most important is to have
consensus between the users. and come with a list of projects, tasks and
guidelines and prioritize these lists; that is the idea of this list. It
should be useful to create a wiki page for this, to make
visible/transparent and open what decisions have been made, when and
why. We will also monitor and guide you during the discussions.
Can somebody set up such wiki-page? (sebastian/fsiddi/pablo?)
But for now lets start with some good user discussion :)
