[Bf-committers] Blender 3.1 is in bcon4 now (Release Candidate)

Hi everyone,
Blender 3.1 is now in bcon4 (Release Candidate). [1]
The final release is planned for March 9th.

The blender-v3.1-release branch is now considered frozen to prepare for 
the release.
Only critical and carefully reviewed bug fixes are allowed.

Please keep an eye on the tracker for any unexpected high
priority regression. From the existing high priority issues those are still
planned to be fixed for 3.1:

* T95591: Crash on drawing with measure tool (Campbell Barton)

Thanks everyone for all the energy devoted to reporting, triaging and
fixing bugs/reviewing patches the last couple of days.
