Hello everyone!

Today we have changed the naming of two report status types on
developer.blender.org:

- [1] "Needs Developer to Reproduce" > "Needs Information from
Developers"
- [2] "Invalid" > "Archived"

Reasoning:
For [1], this already came up here [a], but I will try to explain
again: the "Needs Developer to Reproduce" status was rarely used and
without clear meaning. In the majority of cases, this already meant
that the triaging team has done everything according to [b], [c] and
[d] but would still need additional help from core developers to make a
decision on how to proceed. This could mean for example that it is
unclear what the expected behavior is and thus a call to set the status
to "Confirmed" etc. is in essence only one the according module team
can make. This is exactly what "Needs Information from Developers" is
now used for. It is only to be used for fully triaged reports,
indicating the handover of responsibility from the triaging team to the
module teams.

For [2], having a report closed as "Invalid" was just causing
(unnecessary) reactions for some reporters and often times such a
report is by no means "invalid" (as it could still contain useful
findings). Calling it "Archived" just serves the same purpose with no
loss of information/meaning and can potentially avoid such reactions.

Since only the naming changed in the database, there might be some
false positives which will be checked again over the coming days.
References to these statuses on developer.blender.org and the wiki will
also be updated (or have been already), as well as the "Untriaged
Reports" query.
