[Bf-committers] Documentation after 2.82 release

Hello,

I have 2 questions/remarks:

* Seems that documentation links are broken in 2.82 for any IO addon. Cf
https://developer.blender.org/T74017

* Seems that Brecht delete release logs about glTF IO addon. I want to
check why? I thought that changes must documented in release log, but maybe
it was too detailed? What is the process about this? Maybe we can add only
major improvement? Currently, no glTF stuff are displayed in release log.
