[Bf-committers] TBB version inconsistencies

Dear platform maintainers,

I recently updated the TBB library for Linux (in the
linux_centos7_x86_64 dir on SVN). The version installed by 'make deps'
is 2019.9, but the version in linux_centos7_x86_64 was still at 2018.0,
which caused issues with USD.

Here are the versions currently built for the other platforms:

- darwin: 2018.0
- win64_vc14: 2018.0
- win64_vc15: 2019.9

Is the win64_vc14 directory still used? It's not mentioned on
https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Building_Blender/Windows.

Could the Darwin maintainer update the TBB library?

To be clear: I didn't upgrade to a new version of TBB, 2019.9 was
already in versions.cmake.
