[Bf-committers] FreeStyle SVG Exporter - Idea

This could be supported with SVG's meshgradient
http://libregraphicsworld.org/blog/entry/mesh-gradients-accepted-to-svg-2-0-initially-supported-by-inkscape

Not sure if this would end up being practical for anything besides
simple geometry though.
