[Bf-committers] missing contact to webmaster on blender.org

Hi,

I wanted to report about broken link on https://www.blender.org/download/:

https://www.blender.org/download/Blender2.79a/blender-2.79a-rc-windows32.zip
evaluating to:
https://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/blender/release/Blender2.79a/blender-2.79a-rc-windows32.zip

instead of:
http://ftp.halifax.rwth-aachen.de/blender/release/Blender2.79/blender-2.79a-rc-windows32.zip

Though I didn't find a dedicated link to webmaster on blender.org.
It seems there is no such information across the whole website.
Would it be possible to fix this?
