[Bf-committers] Update Report a Bug Page

I would also suggest doing some small fixes to the actual report message.

- Update to a new broken Blender version example
- Re-write the last line so it says:

  Please attach a simple as possible .blend file with a minimum amount of
steps to reproduce the issue.
