[Bf-committers] Testing some CSS changes to the Blender Manual

No one has said anything about the other changes so I suppose
that they are fine. This is one thing I want to ask and that is
do you think that the destination of the icon / link results
in an understandable flow (it currently goes to blender.org/support).
This icon is located at the top left part of the home screen.
