[Bf-committers] Libraries update required

[Brecht Van Lommel]

WITH_CODEC_QUICKTIME does not work with the 10.12 SDK, the QuickTime
framework was removed.

WITH_CYCLES_OPENSUBDIV works for me, I see no link errors, so not sure
what needs to be fixed there.
