[Bf-committers] boost update for OpenVDB on Windows

Hi, yesterday I was trying to build OpenVDB for windows but stumbled
on an issue during compilation that is relevant to this bug in boost:

Looks like issue is fixed in newer versions. Is it possible to upgrade
to new boost at some point for windows? I know that it will be a
hassle so I'd say only do this if we are going to support OpenVDB for
sure in the future.
