[Bf-committers] Suggestion: Optional sync mode for VSE Mask modifier

Just noticed the behavior for VSE mask modifier has been changed in 2.75:

I mean, of course it is good and convenient in many cases, but not for all
cases, to be honest. In some cases (particularly when making movie titles)
we do prefer the old behavior. So IMHO it would be better to be an optional
one.
