[Bf-committers] Auto Run Python scripts

Obviously people are not noticing the file has loaded *wrong* by default,
who would expect that? I would prefer if the file didn't load at all than
letting people work on basically *corrupted files*. I use drivers on almost
all my files and now I need to remember to tell all the people involved in
a project to enable the preference. This is terrible and will never work in
real life. I can not be responsible for a "preference" in someone else's
computer 4k KM away.
