[Bf-committers] Compositor proposal

Hi all,

we have produced a proposal to get the compositor to the next level.
We have put it online for discussion.

In short:
We see 4 phases:
1. Performance
2. Compositor resolution
3. Canvas and alpha compositing
4. Node editor

In the proposal the names of Lukas and Sergey are mentioned, but they 
have not been contacted yet. (sorry for that)
