[Bf-committers] User interface: observations about the layout of the file browser (for exporting)

Hi;

I repeatedly get reminded about an inconvenience that
apparently confusesnew blender users, that is how to
work with the file browser when it comes to exporting
their work. Here is a summary of my observations about
this topic:
