Re: WITH_AVX_CPU, Im not so keen on having experimental options for
compiler flags added.
Realize we have 'WITH_RAYOPTIMIZATION' but this exists to do compiler
checks that the system supports SSE.

There are many CPU options you might want to use for each compiler, so
I'd prefer to remove this option, its easy enough to manually add
flags to CMAKE_C_FLAGS & CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS.
