[Bf-committers] Windows libraries svn becomes too big

As I only have an upload of 16kb/s, this would take days for me to 
re-upload ;-)
I am not so fuzzed about mingw, but would prefer to at least dont have 
vs 2010 libs in main lib svn.

If people want to use vs 2010, they should build their own libs or 
create an external svn they maintain.
