[Bf-committers] new contributor

[Ruoruo Zhang(Lily)]

Do i need to file a more detailed feature/task somewhere?

"Have the save extension picked based on the format in UI session" is not
really clear, at least it doesn't mention what formats are supported. So I
am assuming all possible blender format supported.
