[Bf-committers] Proposal for Python Game Engine module re-shuffling

Today I had to access VideoTexture and realized that this was the one module
missing to be renamed.
I just committed as in the last proposal (bge.texture).

Still open for changes, but ideally it would be nice to do eventual
modifications before next beta or sooner (2.5.5?).
