Great to see you worked on this node patch, Ill need to look at it on
the weekend.

Committed evaluate() & range(), but left bounds() out for now.

Can you give an example of how bounds() would be useful to a scriper?
My impression is that its mainly useful for drawing code and I
couldn't think of a use case.

rather not wrap functions just because we can, since they end up
needing maintenance longer term.
