[Bf-committers] small scale suggestion : keyframe extra tools

...and all the bone layers are visible :) ~ in that visible 
bone layers panel to select all the bone layers would 
be nice, but I may be ignorant of keying sets
and definitely ignorant of work flow with this select/copy in 2.5.
Such exciting times for Blender!

If you're asking what I think you're asking, I always just select all, key,
then move the keys in the action editor.  It's a pretty quick way to work,
especially since double-tapping A gets you the whole character if the rig is
set up correctly.
