Hi Tom,

I'm not sure these are all good rendering presets, and to me the menu
looks messy now. All the XGA ones are computer screen resolutions, not
typical film resolutions. This is sometimes useful, but it doesn't
need that many, who really knows the difference between XGA, SXGA,
WSXGA and WSXGA+? Further, do we really need 5 different NTSC and 3
PAL settings, isn't it possible to just pick the most common ones?
Also e.g. HDV 1080p has 4:3 aspect ratio specified squeezing the
image, is that right? The other aspect ratios may be correct, I don't
know, this kind of things should be verified as part of patch review.
