I thought you needed pixel buffer access to use the PIL?

Or at least some way to get at the pixels which isn't currently possible.

Kind of makes me glad Campbell shut me down before I went asking on #python
about why my image memory buffer patch wasn't working even though is
'should'... "Well, ya see there son, it's not working because you're an
idiot for using py3k."
