[Bf-committers] Bug [#22762]

Hi,
for a project in my school, I have to study and try to correct a bug in
blender. I am interested in the bug mentionned here :

Mr. Ton Roosendaal said he is going to fix it. Can I help on doing this ?
And if the bug is already fixed, can I have more informations about how this
was done ?
