[Bf-committers] Final Gathering (Farsthary)

Hi all!

  I finally implement a final gathering algorithm for the photonmapping build
  in terms of render speed it stand between pure photonmap and pure
pathtracer
  and have plenty of cuality tweaks so good results could be achieved.

  I have posted some simple test images in my site and I plan to upload soon
  a build and patch.
