Hi,

Anyone was able to compile blender on ubuntu 9.04 64 bits?
the blender 2.49a 64bits doesn't run on this version of ubuntu. I m
trying to compile it from svn but it fails with :

scons: `/home/alashtar/Desktop/blender/build/linux2/lib/libblenkernel_blc.a'
is up to date.
Compiling ==> 'scene.c'
Compiling ==> 'group.c'
Compiling ==> 'node.c'
source/blender/blenkernel/intern/node.c:31:20: error: Python.h: No
such file or directory
scons: *** [/home/alashtar/Desktop/blender/build/linux2/source/blender/blenkernel/intern/node.o]
Error 1
scons: building terminated because of errors.

to say that I have all necessary libs installed including
python2.6-dev/python2.5-dev
