[Bf-committers] Making suzanne manifold?

indeed, I think a few would be cool actually. maybe a new menu item. I
don't think we can totally kill suzanne, but a certain other item
found in kitchens, maybe mancandy? and possibly some other well known
works made in blender (objects from open movies).
