Can be disabled now with scons option WITH_BF_SOLID=0 now, easy to
remove completely.

Regarding renaming KX_GameObjects,
I disabled it since it wasn't working as it should (object hashes were
not updated).
Some users mentioned they renamed objects from the AddObject actuator
have unique names, but I don't think this is common - hash(ob) can be
used to return a unique python value from an object.
