[Bf-committers] Several major bugfixs for the svg import script

Hi,

this patch solves some major problems of the svg script :
1/ reading of the Inkscape's svg format;
2/ parsing of the scientific numbers;
3/ management of redundant data in the same path after a single command ( "arc" and "lineto");
4/ elimination of the curves blending after the import of several files;
5/ a correct management of the "current point".
