Hi!

following a conversation on an Italian forum I've submitted a very small
patch that allow using environment variables in library paths.
It could be useful for pipelines that already use env variables to organize
assets, for example one could use a path like:
/projects/library/props/$RESOLUTION/prop.blend

in a tree like:
project/
      library/
            props/
                  hires/
                        prop.blend
                  proxy/
                        prop.blend

with RESOLUTION=proxy while animating and RESOLUTION=hires at render time.

I see that it's a bit late for 2.49, and I think libraries haven't been
tackled for 2.5 yet and they might change considerably...
but maybe someone could find this useful, so I've put it in the tracker!
