[Bf-committers] Removing Build Systems

Even if they are not 100% on all systems Id vote for keeping cmake and
scons only.

It will mean some time spent into fixing cmake/scons problems but this
should be done anyway.

I also worry that people who download blenders source on linux try
Makefiles first and end up having problems with them, since they are
not as well supported (my system for eg cant build blender with make,
unless I edit some of the files in source/ ).
