No, i can not. I've tested and modified only fragments of it.

Current statement to animation support (after my last modifications):
It works well for non-armature objects and object-hierarchies
It doesn't work for bones/armatures (difficulties to find correct
matrix/space conversion)

Can you resume what is currently working in Collada exporter and importer? I
have made a post earlier that I intend to let 2 students to work on it, and
I would like to coordinate the development for it (don't hold your breath,
they still have two months to get to know blender).
