[Bf-committers] 2.48 makesdna.exe not build

Some more testing makes me think this is not related to Scons; I 
installed back Scons 1.1.0, then do a build using mingw:
    scons -j2 BF_TOOLSET=mingw (instead of scons -j2 BF_TOOLSET=msvc)
and this time makesdna.exe was build, and compilation went to the end 
(where I had link problems with libblender_python.a, but maybe because 
I'm not using correct mingw version - that's not the problem here...)
