[Bf-committers] 2.48 makesdna.exe not build

Hi,

As explained here 
http://www.blender.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=69385#69385, makesdna.exe 
is not build when I try to compile latest Blender 2.48 using VS2008, 
Python 2.5.2 and Scons (1.1.0, 0.98.5, 0.98.2 and 0.96.96).
