[Bf-committers] Video Texture and libavdevice .. part 2

Adding the libavdevice directory didn't help the compilation problems in
Unix. It appears that the problem is more serious: the configure script
in extern/ffmpeg is too old for libavdevice, it needs to be upgraded and
the whole library with it I think. 
I'll leave that to Peter.
For the time being I have disabled support for devices in the
VideoTexture (revision 17269), this means that live video capture will
not be possible until this problem is fixed.
