libavdevice directory didn't help the compilation problems in Unix. It appears
that the problem is more serious: the configure script in extern/ffmpeg is too
old for libavdevice, it needs to be upgraded and the whole library with it I

have disabled support for devices in the VideoTexture (revision 17269), this
means that live video capture will not be possible until this problem is
