[Bf-committers] Windows Python Build in svn /lib

I built them with msvc 8.0, because that's what I had installed. Official
builds are done with scons system anyway (and work right away for msvc7,
msvc8 and msvc9). As long as the dlls with the older compiler versions work,
I'm fine with it.
