[Bf-committers] Motion Blur

I assume you know about vector blur already, and have reasons why you 
can't use it for your scene.

Anyway, yeah it sounds like an interesting idea, though I imagine it'd 
only work if your using an even blur factor, so each subframe is the 
same distance apart.  Sadly no one has the time for it at the moment. :(
