[Bf-committers] Ffmpeg upgrade, patch updated to support Makefile and cmake in Unix.

Hi,
 
I've updated the patch to include Makefile and Unix/Cmake support for
the new ffmpeg library. 
So far the following OS/compilation have been tested:
 
Win32/project
Win32/Cmake
Linux/scons
Linux/Makefile
Linux/Cmake->Makefile
 
Now that Makefile and Unix/Cmake are available, it should be simpler for
platform maintainers to test the patch.
